Salford’s Biospheric opens a whole food shop just 78 steps away from it’s source.
The aptly named 78 steps is a whole food shop based 78 steps away from its main supplier at the biospheric project in Salford. An urban farm based around creating and experimenting with sustainable food systems in a disused mill in the centre of Salford, just on the banks of the river Irwell.
The shop itself looks great! And is a shining example of a great interior, done on a budget. Our favourite bit is the buckets from our shop, polished up and used as light fittings and desk frontage. Pretty original stuff.
